Front Office
Senior Guest Services Officer / Guest Services Officer
  • To carry out all check-in and check-out procedures in an effective and efficient way;
  • To provide quality services and handle guests’ enquiries;
  • To achieve high level of guest satisfactions in a courteous and friendly manner;
  • To ensure effective cross-departmental communication in order to handle both guest and operational issues effectively;
  • Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines is an advantage;
  • Pleasant, detail-minded, customer oriented with excellent interpersonal skill;
  • Good communication skill in both English and Chinese.
Reservations Officer
  • Handle all reservations inquires and manage bookings in an organized and efficient manner;
  • Prepare various reservations weekly and monthly reports;
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure all guests’ requests are prearranged prior to arrival;
  • Form 5 (HKCEE) or Form 6 (DSE) graduate or above with 1 year relevant hotel experience in reservations;
  • Knowledge in the hotel system such as Opera / HIS / Oasis;
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, initiative, responsible and hard-working;
  • Independent with good efficiency and able to work under pressure;
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills;
  • Good communication skill in both English and Chinese including Putonghua.
